After spending 3 years of time to develop, Microsoft is all set to release its brand new flagship mobile operating system – Windows Phone 7. The big boss of Microsoft, Steve Ballmer, will launch Windows Phone 7 at New York in an official conference scheduled at 9:30 AM ET, 11th October 2010.

The live steaming of the event will be available on Microsoft’s website for everyone, unlike Apple who restricts availability of live streaming only for their platform users.
Ralph de la Vega, AT&T Mobility CEO and President, is going to join Steve during the keynote session to unveil several Windows Phone 7 devices that are going to exclusively available for AT & T users.
