Even though it is couple of days old news, I don’t want to miss to inform this happy news to all my blog readers. Starting from 1st April 2009 onwards, we can use any bank ATM to withdraw money without paying any extra charges.
Thanks to RBI for their directive to all the Indian banks to allow free access of ATMs. Till April 1st, we had to pay 20 Rs to withdraw money from other bank ATMs. And now its absolutely free :)
The new measure will benefit millions of ATM users across the country, reducing their efforts in reaching the nearest ATM of their own banks.
Am real appreciate RBI for the such rule in place. God will continue expand your knowledge more . (Amen)
Well, yes but that healthy competition can be easily seen in my city, they are all shabby !

Yes thats good news, but i have another suggestion to make. Why not RBI install ATM`s instead of the banks and people use them, so this way banks can save all the money and can put in somewhere else to better the infrastructure.

Hmm….i dont think that it is a good idea. If the banks maintain the ATM centers, there will be healthy competition in the service.
That’s really useful,we can access any ATMs near by and thus save auto charges + 20 Rs. :)
