Adobe Opens Flash File Doors. Search Engines Are No More Blind To Flash Files.

Adobe understood that if  any content on the Internet is not visible to search engines then it does not really exists. Even if it exists, it is not at all accessible by many users. So they opened doors for search giants Google & Yahoo to easily read and index Flash files.

That means now search engines can index all the text and links available in Flash files.  Michele Turner, The Vice President of marketing at Adobe Systems says

We are releasing technology to Google and Yahoo that enables them to crawl and index SWF files. They are now searchable. This will open up millions of Flash files to search.

This is a huge step forward for Adobe and Flash developers who are struggling all these days to bring their data visibility to search engines.
