The limited edition(2.5 million copies) of Windows 7 Beta build will be available to every to download from 12 PM PST of January 9th, 2009. The information is provided on Microsoft Partner Program website

Partners with a MSDN or TechNet subscription can download Windows 7 Beta now. All other partners can download Windows 7 Beta starting January 9, 2009 at 12:00 P.M. Pacific Time.
