Nokia released it’s first ever Windows phone “Lumia 800”

Nokia has announced its grand re-entry into the smart phone market  by releasing “Lumia 800” and “Lumia 710” smartphones that run on the Windows 7.5 ( Mango) OS from Microsoft . This is the first ever Windows phone launched by Nokia since it’s partnership with Microsoft  on last February.

This “Lumia 800” (which is a high end of both the versions) looks similar to the Nokia N9 from the outside with Uni-body polycarbonate shell and and non user removable battery.It also comes in three variants (colors cyan, magenta, and black). The hardware specifications of the phone is given below

The “Lumia 710” is a low cost version with the same 1.4 GHz processor but lacks the solid look of it cousin 810. The specifications include

The phone is currently launched in Europe for $380 (Lumia 710) and $580( Lumia 800) respectively. The launch dates for US & Others are not yet available
