BSNL Online Bill Payment Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.(BSNL), state owned and the biggest telecom service provider of India, is the 7th largest telecommunications company in the world with more than 2.5 million internet/broadband customers in the country. BSNL recently introduced online bill payment service for paying your mobile, landline, WLL and broadband monthly bills.

To pay the BSNL bills online all you need to do is to “locate the BSNL website of your region” and signup for a free account. But locating the BSNL website corresponding to your region is the little toughest job. We have identified most of the BSNL regional websites for online bill payment and listed below. Registering With BSNL

As BSNL is providing separate websites based on regions, here we've explained the step by step procedure for Chennai region’s BSNL broadband online bill payment<

Step 1. Click here to launch the Chennai telephones BSNL Portal/Website.

Step 2. To create a new user, click on the signup button available on the home page; Provide all the required details and register a new account

Step 4. Activate the account by following the instructions sent to your email id provided during signup

Pay Your Bills

Step 1. After successfully activating the account, enter your username and password to access the site services.

Step 2. Click on the BFone Bill Information &Online Payment link available in the welcome page to see your monthly bill details.

Step 3. Click on the button I wish to pay Online to pay the bill

Step 4. Choose your payment option and click submit to continue the online payment. You can pay either using a credit card or using internet banking service of your bank.

Step 5. After successfully paying the bill, an e-receipt is provided to you. Take print out or save it to a file for future reference

    I have BSNL Combo Broadband connection. It seems online bill payment facility is available for Bfone, cellone. In the new user regn site, nowhere it is mentioned for Broadband .

    Pls advise me.

    I, v.vijayayanathan. Subscriber of telephone no 044-247xxxxx since 1998 I have promptly paid all bills due in time in order to maintain good reputation with the organization. Few years I am using broadband connection for the same no. I also maintained prompt payment for that too. This month beginning I started facing lot of problem with broadband connectivity as it is not connecting within the normal timings that used to be and disconnect frequently that has interrupted many of my overseas clients chat which put me mental agony and humiliation.

    To restore my service I have repeatedly approached customer care contact no such as 1500 and 1504. The contact information as follows. The complaint made on 12.08.09 complaint no: 88439276. The complaint made on 16.08.09 with staff Amalraj complaint no: 88442310. The complaint made on 19.08.09 with Parameswari complaint no: 88445026. The same complaint reminded to Ealumalai on very next day of my last complaint. Again complaint made with Ravichandran on 23.08.09 complaint no: 88449544. All my efforts gone vain till today no action has been taken still the line is in the same condition. Pls advice me what should have to do further to rectify it or do I have to go for any other better service provider. Your most valuable advice will help to take correct decision.

      Please approach your local telephone exchange and speak to officials over there. I had a similar problem but after intervention of telephone exchange authority the issue is resolved.

      Even if there is no luck after approaching the local telephone exchange, you may consider switching to a private broadband service provider.
