Google Maps For Mobile Updated With Street View and Walking Directions

Wow!! All the goodness of Google Maps on computers is coming to mobiles devices. Google Maps recently upgraded the mobile version of Maps appliaction to add Street Views and Walking directions.

Now on your mobile you can see what the street looks like before you go and the walking directions will guide you precisely to reach your destination. Check this demo video that showcases the new features

If you are on blackberry or java enabled phone you can download it by pointing your browser to http://www.google.com/gmm. Soon this software will be available for Nokia S60 devices.

If I’m not asking for more, Google when are you going to show my current position on Google Maps and guide me with live walking instructions?
