Firefox 3.6 RC1 Available Now

Firefox browser 3.6 RC1 is available now for everyone to download. The major improvements in the 3.6 version are related to speedier startups and general responsiveness of the browser. Here is what is new in this release

• Improved JavaScript performance, browser responsiveness and startup time
• Built in support for themes and personas that lets you to browse and apply them with a single click
• WOFF font format support
• Out of date or poor performing plug-in alerts that warns you about the plug-ins degrading performance of Firefox
• Enhanced support for CSS, DOM, HTML 5
